Ordering & Delivery

How can I place an order?

You can easily order online through our website or in store. Just pick your box size, choose your flavours, and customise your box!

What are your delivery options?

AUSTRALIA POST

Australia wide via Australia Post express postage. Cookies are posted on Mondays and Wednesdays. They usually take 1 to 3 days to arrive. 

The Cut-off time is 7am. Orders placed after this time will be posted on the following postage day.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same day delivery from MONDAY TO FRIDAY to selected Melbourne suburbs. Check delivery info here.

The Cut-off time is 11am. Orders placed after this time will be posted on the following business days.

Where are you located?

We’re based in Melbourne. Check our location page for details about our stores and to get directions.

How do I track my delivery?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer pick-up options?

Yes! You can order online and pick up your cookies in-store.

Do you cater for events or large orders?

Yes, we offer custom orders for events and special occasions. Contact us for more information at orders@thecookiebox.com.au

What time do you deliver?

They are between 12pm and 6pm, we cannot offer specific time deliveries.

Products & Ingredients

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Up to 3 days. If you want to keep them for longer, they last around 7 days in the fridge and up to 30 days in the freezer. It is always better to put them in an airtight container.

Do you have Gluten Free options?

We have one gluten-free option. It's produced in the same kitchen as the other cookies, so there will be traces of gluten. Not suitable for coeliacs.

Do you have Vegan options?

Yes. We have a vegan Chocolate Chip cookie. And sometimes we do limited editions of other vegan flavours.

How do I reheat my cookies?

Preheat the oven at 200°C and place your cookies in the oven for 2 minutes (the best way).Alternatively, microwave each cookie for 10 seconds (the lazy way).

Do you have seasonal or limited-time flavours?

Yes, we regularly introduce seasonal flavours, so keep an eye on our specials!

Do you have nut free cookies?

Yes we do, however, there may be traces of nuts on all of our cookies. Some of our cookies may contain nuts or be processed in an environment where nuts are present. Check the product descriptions for more details.

Are all the cookies the same size?

Yes, all the cookies in our regular menu weigh around 120g.

How many calories does each cookie have?

Around 500 kcal per cookie.

Do your cookies contain soy?

No, they don’t (there’s soy lecithin in the chocolate).

Are the cookies halal?

Yes they are. We don’t normally use gelatin or alcohol in our cookies unless notified in one of our special/cookies of the month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and online payment options.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds on perishable goods, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
