Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You understand that by ordering any goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By accepting you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are aware of:
- All cookies may contain or may contain traces of wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten and eggs. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
- The flavours of cookies that have been selected may be subject to availability.
- Please, be advised that the shipping time can be longer during the busy festive seasons, such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day or Father's Day and the shipping might be delayed. We do not take a responsibility for any delays, as we are not able to affect the transportation.
- The Cookie Box cannot be held responsible if a package is delayed in delivery due to an order placed with incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
- We only deliver a minimum of 6 cookies and discounts applied in-store are not available to online orders.
- Discounts applied in-store are not applied to orders for pick up placed through the website.
EXPRESS POSTAGE
- We post orders only on TUESDAYS via Australia Post. It can take from 1 to 3 days to arrive depending on your location. AUSTRALIA POST IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS, SO IT MIGHT TAKE LONGER.
- We cannot control delivery times, it is completely up to Australia Post (please check their website).
- If you choose this option, please make sure the address is correct, as Australia Post doesn’t contact the recipient in case there’s missing information (eg: unit number).
- There is NO RE-DELIVERY if the address is incorrect or there is missing information. Australia Post will return the cookies to us and we will discard them. We cannot post them again, as they will not be fresh anymore.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
- We offer same day delivery from MONDAY TO FRIDAY to selected Melbourne suburbs. Our cut-off time is 11am. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next delivery day.
- We cannot control delivery times; it is completely up to our delivery partner. If this is a gift, please make sure someone will be home to receive the cookies or that there’s a safe place to leave them. If not, a redelivery fee will apply and they might be redelivered only on the next day.
- Same day delivery means we will bake your cookies on the same day that they are delivered. If you order on a day that we don’t offer the service, delivery will be on the next available day.
CANCELLATIONS
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations in order to receive a full refund.
- All orders that are cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation period will be non-refundable.
- If you request a refund because you did not read our Delivery Info or changed your mind, we will discount the transaction fee of 2.5%. When a refund is processed we are charged regardless the reason.
- As all goods are perishable, refunds or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been posted.
- If you have any issues with your order you must contact The Cookie Box within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. It is at the discretion of The Cookie Box to decide if you are eligible to receive a refund or exchange for any issue.
- We reserve the right to cancel the online order that is placed in less days than the required lead time.
Our rights are reserved as follows
We aim to satisfy all our customers however we are unable to accept returns if a flavour does not match your personal taste preference. The Cookie Box reserves the right to make amendments to our online store Terms & Conditions and Refund and Exchange Policies at any time, without notice or consequence. It is the responsibility of the customer to remain up to date with any changes made. The most current version of our Terms will always be published on our website and any changes will take effect immediately from their time of publication.
