Is there a minimum order for wholesale?
Orders of $150 or more get free delivery. For smaller orders, a $15 delivery fee applies.
Do you supply baked cookies or raw cookie dough?
Both. Our cookies are baked fresh on the morning of delivery, or you can choose our ready-to-bake cookies and bake them at your venue.
Which flavours can we order?
You can choose from our full range of flavours, as shown on our website. We also release limited-edition flavours regularly, so there's always something new for your customers to try.
How often do you deliver, and where?
We deliver across Melbourne several times a week. Together, we'll set up a regular schedule that keeps your counter stocked without waste.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 7 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
Do you provide allergen and ingredient information?
Yes. We provide full ingredient and allergen details for every flavour, so your team can answer customer questions with confidence. Please note that all our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, dairy and eggs.
