Delivery Info

AUSTRALIA WIDE EXPRESS POSTAGE 

We post orders Australia wide only on MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS via Australia Post. The cut-off time is 7am. 

It can take from 1 to 3 days to arrive depending on your location. Delivery fees are based on the number of boxes of 6 cookies:

- 1 box: $14
- 2 boxes: $16
- 3 boxes: $20
- Over 3 boxes: please contact us.

At the cart page, click 'Australia Post' and choose a date for shipping. This is the date that we will post your cookies, not the day you will receive them.

We cannot control delivery times; it is completely up to Australia Post (please check their website here). If you choose this option, please make sure the address is correct, as Australia Post doesn’t contact the recipient in case there’s missing information (eg: unit number). The package is simply returned to us and we cannot ship them again.

We advise you to place orders to regional areas or interstate for postage on Monday. If there are any delays from Australia Post, your order may not arrive on the same week if posted on Wednesday.

THE LAST DELIVERY DATE BEFORE CHRISTMAS WILL BE MONDAY, DECEMBER 18th.

PICK UP

At the cart page, click on 'Store Pickup', select a store and choose the date and time you'd like to collect your cookies.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same day delivery from MONDAY TO FRIDAY to selected Melbourne suburbs. Our cut-off time is 11am.

At the cart page, click on 'Same Day Delivery' and write your postcode. Then choose the date you'd like your cookies delivered.

We cannot control delivery times; it is completely up to our delivery partner. Orders are delivered from 12 pm to 6 pm.

If this is a gift, please make sure someone will be home to receive the cookies or that there’s a safe place to leave them. If not, a redelivery fee will apply and they might be redelivered only on the next day. 

Please make sure you add the recipient's phone number, not yours on the shipping information. It must be an Australian number.

Same day delivery means we will bake your cookies on the same day that they are delivered. If you order on a day that we don’t offer the service, delivery will be on the next available day.
